Terms And Conditions

These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for dealing in any way with M3LM Academy.

This agreement begins on the date of your acceptance and reading of it.

By accessing this page, we assume that you accept these terms and conditions. Do not continue to use this page or deal with M3LM Academy in any way if you do not agree to all of the terms and conditions stated on this page.

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, Privacy Statement, Cancellation Policy, Return Policy, Delivery Policy, and any or all Agreements: "The platform", "The Academy", " M3LM Academy", "The Company", "Ourselves", "We", "Us", " M3LM Company", " M3LM Games", " M3LM Design", " M3LM Group", "The Company", "Our Company" refer to "مؤسسة ميم عين لام للبرمجيات", which is registered in the Jordanian Ministry of Industry and Trade under the number: 500016, with its address: Jordan, Amman. The terms "Client", "You", "Your", "Yours" refer to the person who is dealing with our company in any way, and to any person who has entered this page. "The Parties" or "Both Parties" refer to both the client and the company, and by "goods" and "courses", we mean the goods and services offered by M3LM Academy, and "the goods" and "your goods" refer to the goods that the customer has purchased from M3LM Academy.

1- Introduction
1.1- By registering and using M3LM Academy services, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to these terms and conditions.

2- Services
2.1- M3LM Academy offers electronic educational services through an online learning platform, which includes but is not limited to recorded educational courses.

3- Registration and Login
3.1- The user must be at least 18 years old when registering on the platform, as specified in item number 12.
3.2- The user must provide accurate and true information when registering and update it when necessary.
3.3- The user is fully responsible for using his/her account and must maintain the confidentiality of his/her password, as detailed in item number 16.

4- Fees and Payment
4.1- Some courses offered on the platform may require payment of specific fees.
4.2- Users must pay through the available payment methods on the platform.
4.3- Fees cannot be refunded after the start of the educational course, as will be explained later in item number 10 and item number 11.

5- Permitted Use
5.1- Users must use the platform in a lawful and ethical manner.
5.2- It is prohibited to publish or distribute any illegal, offensive, abusive, obscene, defamatory, misleading, or any content that violates the rights of others.
5.3- The platform may not be used for commercial purposes without obtaining written permission from the Academy.

6- Intellectual Property Rights
6.1- All intellectual property rights related to the content available on the platform are owned by M3LM Academy or third parties licensed to it. It is not allowed to use, copy, distribute, or sell any of this content without obtaining written permission from M3LM Academy.
6.2- M3LM Academy reserves the right to claim compensation in the amount of three thousand US dollars for each video that is redistributed, leaked, sold, or rented from the content, and/or for any damage incurred by us. All damages will be further specified in clause 7.1.

7- Suspension, Deactivation, and Transaction Ban
7.1- In the event of any of the following circumstances, all the courses and content you have purchased will be permanently and comprehensively banned without the possibility of retraction, their activation will be canceled, transactions between the company and you will be prohibited, and appropriate legal actions will be taken:
7.1.1- Deliberately attempting to republish or leak any content you have purchased.
7.1.2- Selling or renting any of the content you have purchased.
7.1.3- Attempting to copy and reproduce the content.
7.1.4- Redistributing the content.
7.1.5- Attempting to access company systems in an illegal way.
7.1.6- Attempting to decrypt the content.
7.1.7- Attempting to launch any type of attack, for example but not limited to, a system disabling attack or a marketing attack that harms the company.
7.1.8- Attempting to cause any damage to the company.
7.1.9- Impersonation, for example but not limited to, impersonating a company employee or an employee of another company, impersonating a government official.
7.1.10- Running any of the content you purchased elsewhere than intended.

8- Inquiries About Goods and Courses
8.1- All members and users have the right to inquire about any course offered by M3LM Academy, and M3LM Academy commits to answering all your inquiries and questions in an accurate, comprehensive, and complete manner.
8.2- You clearly, publicly, and explicitly acknowledge that once you purchase any course, you have been informed of all information, advantages, disadvantages, positives, and negatives related to this course, and everything related to this course. You have seen all the advertisements related to this course that were published by the Academy, and you have inquired from the Academy team about the course, and they have fulfilled their response completely, and they bear the responsibility mentioned in item 14.1.

9- Responsibility and Accountability
9.1- Once you purchase any course from M3LM Academy, and upon order registration, the order will be officially registered in the name of the person who made the payment. This means that you are the first and last person responsible for this course and for your adherence to and consideration of the terms and conditions.
9.2- You cannot delegate any individuals, entities, or any organizations to represent you in responsibility, accountability, and communication with us and to take and make any changes in your course.

10- Cancellation Policy
10.1- In M3LM Academy, once any payment process is completed and an order is registered, you are not entitled under any circumstances to cancel the purchase process or request a return process. As M3LM Academy relies on the latest technologies and systems to organize work, all systems do not accept any cancellation or return process after payment and completion and registration of the order in the system.

11- Return Policy
11.1- At M3lm Academy, regardless of the circumstances, you have no right to request a refund. If there is any malfunction, problem, or error in any course, or any issue arising from M3lm Academy, the Academy is responsible for resolving the problem or error as quickly as possible.

12- Age Restriction
12.1- The platform is only for individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm and acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old and that you have full capacity to enter into this agreement and comply with all its terms. If you are under 18 years old, you are prohibited from accessing and using the platform.

13- Intellectual Property Rights Policy
13.1- We respect the intellectual property rights of others. Our policy is to respond to claims related to copyright or other intellectual property rights ("Infringement") of any person or entity.
13.2- If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe that copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes infringement, please send your request via email to [email protected], including a detailed description of the alleged infringement in your message.
13.3- You may be liable for damages (including costs and attorney fees) for misrepresentation or bad faith claims regarding any product infringement of your property rights.

14- Product Suspension
14.1- We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any of your products and deny access to them, without prior notice or liability, at our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to breach of terms and conditions and non-compliance.

15- Goods and Courses Delivery Policy
15.1- Once you purchase an educational course through the platform, the course will appear in your user account on the platform and will remain available for you to access and use indefinitely, as long as your account is active and effective.
15.2- However, unforeseen events beyond our control, such as server problems or other technical incidents, may lead to temporary or permanent loss of access to courses. In the event of such occurrences, we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and declare that we fully disclaim any liability for any damage or loss that may result from this.

16- Account Usage Policy
16.1- Your account on the platform is for your personal and exclusive use only and may not be shared or used by any other person, regardless of the reason. Access to your account and its use must only be made by you.
16.2- It is strictly prohibited to provide or share your account information with anyone else, including your username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account and the confidentiality of its information.
16.3- We assume no responsibility for any damage that may occur as a result of sharing your account information or its use by other people. You assume full responsibility for any activity that occurs in your account.

17- Interaction and Communication
17.1- Various parts of the M3lm systems provide an opportunity for users to post and exchange opinions and information in certain areas of the systems. Naturally, M3lm does not filter, edit, publish, or review Comments prior to their presence on the systems. Comments do not reflect the views and opinions of M3lm, its agents, and/or its affiliates. Comments reflect the views and opinions of the person who posts their views and opinions. To the extent permitted by applicable laws, M3lm shall not be liable for the Comments or for any liability, damages, or expenses caused and/or suffered as a result of any use of and/or posting of and/or appearance of the Comments on the systems.
17.2- You agree to, and warrant, the following:
17.2.1- You are entitled to post the Comments on some of the company's systems where you are allowed to post comments;
17.2.2- The Comments do not infringe any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent, or trademark of any third party;
17.2.3- The Comments do not contain any defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent, or otherwise unlawful material which is an invasion of privacy
17.2.4- The Comments will not be used to solicit or promote business or custom or present commercial activities or unlawful activity.
17.3- You hereby grant M3lm a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, edit, and authorize others to use, reproduce and edit any of your Comments in any and all forms, formats, or media.

18- Legal Acknowledgment
18.1- By accessing or using the platform, you acknowledge and agree that you can be legally bound by these terms and assume responsibility for compliance with them.

19- Governing Law
19.1- These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
19.2- Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these terms will remain in effect. These terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our platform and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the platform.

20- Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
20.1- We reserve the right to modify the terms at any time by posting the amended terms on this page. You should review these terms periodically.
20.2- Your continued use of the platform or dealing with us in any way after posting the amended terms means that you accept the changes and agree to them. You are expected to review this page frequently so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you.
20.3- By accessing or using the platform after any amendments become effective, you agree to comply with the amended terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer permitted to use the platform.

21- Termination of the Agreement
21.1- This agreement is effective permanently and is irrevocable, indisputable, and cannot be retracted or questioned, even if you no longer continue to use the goods or courses.
